PCO - CERTIFIED SUPPLY CHAIN MATERIALS, COMPLIANCE and LOGISTICS OFFICER (SCML OFFICER) 
The Supply Chain Materials, Compliance , and Logistics Officer generally develops, maintains, and operates an effective, working, and transparent Supply Chain structure for RTTPI that is simple, low-cost, and in compliance with all safety, environmental, and other related laws, rules and regulations. On a daily basis , he :
Handles and manages the supply chain and end-to-end logistics process and follows-up orders from clients to suppliers and vice-versa.
Monitors product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
As a Compliance Officer, he also serves as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and shall be responsible for securing the necessary permits for the required for the smooth operation of the business, such as PCL permits , ECC permits, business permits , etc.
Obtains quotes for different logistics and other suppliers, making cost comparisons, and negotiating price deals to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
Ensures that required products are ordered timely by providing accurate routing information.
Resolves problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience as SCM for at least three (3) years
Must be knowledgeable with warehousing and Supply Chain Management systems and procedures
Must have previous experience as Compliance and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) for at least two (2) years , preferably under Category B business or industry
Preferably a Safety Officer or has had some BOSH and OSH Trainings
Must be good in MS Office applications
Must have good communication and negotiation kills
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be aggressive and have the ability to work under pressure.
Must be available as soon as possible .
