Qualifications:
- With at least two years of solid experience in the repair of computers & accessories, laptops & UPS.
- Graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering.
- Familiar with Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10/8/7/Visa/XP Professional Environment with TCP/IP Network Connectivity.
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
- Has related knowledge of other equipment and facility repairs.
- Hardworking and trustworthy.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
JOB SUMMARY: Repairs existing PC, Laptop, UPS, and physical connectivity problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Checks and repairs office equipment especially computers, laptops, and UPS in operations every morning.
Records all equipment upgrades, movements, and deployment of existing and newly purchased equipment (Inventory monitoring)
Ensures that structured cabling requirements are understood and completed in accordance with the needs of operations.
Performs regular maintenance of office equipment regularly by having a system in place.
Informs Accounting about any disposals of equipment.
Recommends improvements and projects to be undertaken for the improvement of the overall technical efficiency of our equipment and system.
Monitors & maintains all company equipment to ensure that there are no health/safety hazards.
