Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares the payroll (manual) for the Entire Panay Island
Coordinates with the time keepers from each area and gather the correct data/records.
Communicates and supervises time keepers under the assigned areas to properly prepare the data/records to avoid mistakes in payroll.
Issues necessary sanction to staff for every major mistake committed that causes the delay in the payroll process.
carefully checks all the columns and segments of the payroll system to avoid disputes and other major mistakes.
addresses any payroll disputes or questions
prepares the payslip timely for the assigned area
prepares payroll on time
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any Accounting Related Course (Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology and the same)
Must be very keen in details
Must have the lense to spot even the smallest possible detail that could cause delay in payroll.
Must be a team player
Must have a supervisory experience of at least 2 years.
