ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Candidate must posses Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management or equivalent

Extensive knowledge on MS Office Applications
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage on the payroll system to calculate payment with accuracy and efficiency at all times
Audit and reconcile wide range of personnel actions and payroll documents
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately
Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, saving deductions, and job title and department transfer
Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and nontaxable wages
Ensure electronic-generated pay slips are distributed to employees accurately and on a timely manner
Acts as a main point of contact to communicate with stakeholders all payroll-related concerns
Execute salary payment through bank transaction.
