Responsibilities:
Provides assistance in the HR areas of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
Maintain 201 files and E-file of executives
Prepare and monitor employment contracts
Act as HRMIS administrator (update records)
Provides management with appropriate reports to monitor HR-related concern
Reports to the HR Manager and interacts with all employees across the organization
Performs other HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management Accountancy, Mathematics, Banking and Finance or any related course
At least 5 years of working experience in the same field is required for this position
Should have knowledge in timekeeping software, payroll system, basic computation of salary and government-mandated benefits
Able to deliver satisfactory results in a fast-paced environment
Must be keen to details with a strong sense of urgency
Has the ability to do multi-tasking
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent in both oral & written English communication
HONEST, HARDWORKING, CONFIDENT and POSSESSES GOOD WORKING ATTITUDE
