Job Descriptions
Overall responsible for payroll of Construction Workers.
Oversee employee paychecks.
Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.
Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate.
Update general ledger and payroll files.
Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules.
Monitor paid and unpaid leaves.
Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions.
Resolve payroll concerns.
Answer employee questions concerning payroll.
Participate in payroll audits.
Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes.
Provide assistance to other accounting staff.
Job Qualifications
Previous experience as a payroll staff in construction or Real Estate Company.
Well versed in manual timekeeping and manual computation.
Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Great computational ability.
Attention to detail.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Commission pay
Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
Lipa, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
