Description
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BS Business Administration
Knowledgeable with ANY payroll system such as Integra
At least 2-3 year/s experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Job Duties:
1. Play a role in Time Keeping and Compensation
2. Processing end-to-end payroll every cut-off
3. Must be well-versed with Government Statutory processes (SSS, PhilHealth, PAGIBIG)
4. Prepares reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
5. Calculates employee mandatory contribution (SSS, HDMF and Philhealth)
6. Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
7. Prepares and ensure accuracy of monthly report of manpower headcount, manhour and manhour
overtime.
