Responsibilities:
Provide support in finding the qualified candidates for vacant job positions
Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
Skills and Requirements:
Working understanding of payroll principles, practices, and procedures.
Payroll and benefits experience required.
Client payroll onboarding experience preferred.
Accustomed to client facing communications
Knowledge of Paylocity and PayCor platforms preferred
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Superior verbal and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines with proven time management skills.
