JOB SUMMARY
Performs tasks associated with processing payroll and verifying payroll transactions through audit
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Compensation
Perform daily payroll services activities
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Review and reconcile payroll instructions prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
Understand proper taxation of employees' salaries and employer paid benefits
Attend to employees' payroll-related queries and requests
Review and ensure accuracy of tax reconciliation and annual Alpha List reports
Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Conduct manual and random checking of payroll computation
Conduct research and benchmarking of best payroll practices and updates
Upload payroll text files to bank facilities and ensure/monitor crediting to individual payroll accounts
B. Other Compensation-Related Tasks
Prepare computation and request for payment for separated employees' last pay/receivables including retirement and Early Resignation Benefit
Prepare regularization and promotion papers
Compute maternity benefit difference
Attend to the preparation of NSO and DOLE Survey reports
Prepare Job Offer Sheets
QUALIFICATIONS
College Degree, Accountancy, Psychology or General Management
At least 2-3 years of work experience in Payroll Processing
Candidate must be willing to work in Imus Cavite
