Audinate is both firmly established and growing rapidly: we offer a full stack solution including low level hardware, desktop and server applications. Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end outsourced payroll function for Audinate worldwide, including the accounting processes and related performance reports. In addition to extensive payroll experience, you will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a data-driven mindset and the ability to consistently discern an accurate understanding of the information given. The role carries with it a lot of opportunity for growth and a big benefit of the position is the chance to interact across the company with different stakeholders globally with the full support of our Group Financial Controller and CFO. Responsibilities: Ensure all payroll is processed with speed and accuracy. Liaise with employees and third-party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company-specific pay policies Audit employee pay records and reconcile totals by department, location, country, etc. Maintain payroll inbox ensuring all payroll-related matters are addressed Manage relationships with all outsourced payroll providers Manage employee payroll-related information changes ensuring the outsourced payroll provider is updated Prepare payroll input sheets for submission to outsourced payroll providers and employer of record entities Prepare payroll bridge reconciliation for review and approval based on monthly payroll reports for all entities, and review discrepancies with Group Financial Controller ensuring payroll is processed accurately and paid on time Updating monthly payroll summaries. Perform monthly review and reconciliation of leave balances reconciliation in our HR system and propose adjustments, where needed Review and update payroll procedure documents. Recording of payroll journal entries for all outsourced payroll Recording of expense reports for Employer of Record employees. Reconcile monthly payroll summaries to employee-related expenditures the income statement Prepare employee provision calculations Prepare monthly Employee Cost Performance Reports Perform other month-end duties as directed by the Group Financial Controller Assist with the preparation and distribution of share-based payment letters Update and maintain process documentation Requirements Strong proven experience in a similar payroll position Able to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues in different locations as they arise, with minimal oversight. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel Experience using an ERP (accounting) system - Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once Strong attention to detail Must work well in a team environment, be highly self-motivated and resilient Experience in payroll in Australia, the UK, the USA, and/or Belgium will be regarded favorably.
