As a Payroll Specialist you'll be responsible for technical supervision and execution of payroll process for several entities and further process optimization.We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!
What you'll do
You are end-to-end responsible for managing and running the payroll and post payroll processes in our HR SAP systems.
You're in the driver's seat to control all technical processes, manage incidents and solve issues to ensure seamless payroll outcomes for our employees in several European countries.
You support our payroll and administration specialist in analyzing, controlling and interpreting payroll outcomes, based upon your technical and functional expertise.
You're in charge of testing changes in the vendor's system to ensure full compliance with legal and internal requirements.
You continuously review payroll process and highlight any process improvements across multiple European countries.
Your qualifications
Understanding process flows, ability to execute within processes.
Analytical mind and problem solving abilities.
Eye for details, focus on numbers, accuracy.
Easiness in navigation, running transactions in systems, like SAP or similar.
Experience with payroll process is a plus.
Experience in process improvements is a plus.
Experience with European payroll is a plus.
Spoken and written English at proficient level.
