Job Qualifications:
Detail Oriented
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written are necessary for effective interaction with employees and stakeholders
Advance user of Excel; Has been using different formulas, sorting, vlook up, concatenate, etc.
Prism experience preferred or any equivalent platform that manage payroll, benefits and compliance
2-4 years US, Australian, Canada payroll experience preferred
Position Summary
The Payroll Specialist would take an export file provided from software; map pay/deduction/benefit codes to the new software, then upload.
We are looking for a candidate who learns quickly, is able to understand both complex and simple processes, is adaptable to change, has excellent English communication skills, and is able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software is essential for accurate and efficient processing.
Job Descriptions:
Oversee and review payroll payments and account reconciliations.
Ensure all records and processes related to payroll comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Investigate and correct any issues or discrepancies related to payroll in a timely manner.
Assist with updating HRIS system with required documents as needed.
Produce and maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to verify employee data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Full time work-from-home
Must have at least 50mbps internet connection, and must have back up internet connection.
Client is based in the US. Can work graveyard shift.
Willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
