SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Handle payroll and timekeeping operations Ensure that labor cost are recorded accurately and on time Report exemption and analysis on efficiencies, attendance and leave credits Ensure that payroll taxes and other mandatory contribution are remitted and on time Orient and deal with employees on payroll computation Audit payroll procedure and system BASIC POSITION QUALIFICATIONS With experience in payroll process Keen on details Can work under pressure and customer oriented Can work in shifting schedule WORK EXPERIENCE With at least one (1) year experience in multi-national and labor intensive environment Auditing experience preferred EDUCATION BS Accountancy Graduate or any related course KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Proficient in Excel Fast learner Keen on details Process-oriented Analytical Can handle complaints- and resolve issues effectively Knowledgeable on labor and tax issues Know how to use statistical tools to analyze labor ratios and metrics
