About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and caring Payroll professional to join the 'Global Employee Support' team providing operational support across the Payroll, Human Resources, OnBoarding, Benefits and Data Management Teams.
As a Payroll Specialist you will have strong and recent experience in running Company Payroll end to end with demonstrated ability and knowledge in all associated activities including salary packaging, leave management, analysis of time and attendance data, including the preparation and delivery of all Commonwealth and State monthly and annual regulatory reporting obligations.
You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with an ability to work autonomously whilst juggling competing priorities. With a primary focus on data analytics and process flows, you advocate all aspects of policy, risk and controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+ years in a payroll role.
Tertiary qualifications in an accounting, payroll or business discipline.
Previous experience in end to end processing of company payroll, including Payroll Accounting activities.
Demonstrated knowledge and delivery of annual returns associated with all Payroll Regulatory Reporting.
Ability to work autonomously, whilst managing internal and external stakeholders.
High standard of documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to demonstrate strong excel and analytical skills.
