JOB DESCRIPTION
Reviewing employee time sheets to ensure they match with payroll records
Reviewing employees' personal information such as social security numbers, addresses, and bank information to ensure it is accurate
Calculating taxes, local income taxes, Social Security taxes, and Medicare taxes
Reviewing employee benefits packages to determine if they comply with federal and state laws
Communicating with human resources staff to ensure that payroll records are accurate and up to date
Reviewing payroll records to ensure compliance with labor laws regarding overtime pay, minimum wage requirements, and other criteria
Calculating payroll costs for businesses by analyzing employee statistics such as salaries, wages, commissions, overtime pay rates, and other items such as fringe benefits or deductions from paychecks
Auditing payroll records to ensure that they are accurate and up to date
Reviewing payroll data to identify patterns or other issues that may indicate fraud or other illegal activity
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Any 4 year Business Course
With experience in handling manual and systems payroll
Experience in audit payroll
Willing to be assign at binondo manila office
