Job Description:
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Computes and prepares semi-monthly payroll.
2. Computes and prepares payment of all salary and confidential-related requests such as final pay, allowance, 13th month pay, maternity/paternity benefit, loans, leave conversion, salary adjustments and other employee benefits.
3. Prepares request for payment and return of monthly Withholding Tax on Compensation (BIR Form 1601E).
4. Prepares request for payment of remittances and loans, forms and reports for SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
5. Monitors payroll related deductions such as loans, advances, health insurance, etc.
6. Attends to employees queries related to payroll and statutory benefits.
7. Updates and maintains payroll system.
8. Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager or top management.

BS Accountancy
 
· Work Experience
At least five (5) years of work experience on payroll preparation is required for the position.
 
· Knowledge and Skills
Financial Skills, Taxation Law, Labor Law and Computer skills
