- Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll processing role
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing requirements
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel for data manipulation and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll
- Familiarity with Sprout HR & Payroll system is an advantage
