THE OPPORTUNITY:
Processing new starters
End to end processing of local Payroll for approximately 100 employees
Administer government mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC and HDMF) such as preparation of payments for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and BIR and all documents to be submitted
Administer SSS & Pag-ibig Loans
Responding to employee queries
Processes employment terminations
Assist with Australian Payroll
Other tasks as requested by Payroll Manager
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years' end to end Philippine payroll experience
Degree qualifications preferable
Experience with Australian Payroll Processing an advantage
Experience with ADP Celergo
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
