-Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role,
-Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, and follow company confidentiality standards,
-General Math skills,
-strong working knowledge of tax code, excellent organizational and communication
-strong knowledge in Government contribution such as SSS, Philhealth, BIR and HDMF
Essential Duties:
-Accurately check the Payroll for employees provided by the HR
-Record payroll data in Software system and verify all amounts.
-Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors.
-Audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed.
-Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, job titles, and department/ division transfers.
