Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for bi-monthly and monthly payroll processing (2 runs) using Prosoft for approximately 500 pax on timely and accurate basis
Verify expenses, claims, allowances, overtime etc.
Preparation of monthly payroll and headcount reconciliations & variance analysis
Maintain documentation and ensure timely and accurate submissions of payroll, CPF, clearance of Income tax, IR21 for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines
Administering of salaries' pay out to Leavers and Resignees
Propose/Implement changes to payroll system and procedures
Prepare payroll reports
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned (eg. HR portfolio of our subsidiary, Group insurance plan renewal, corporate perks, etc.)
Main Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
Possess good written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
Diploma in Human Resource Management / Accounting or any other relevant certifications
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant payroll administration
Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Meticulous and good with numbers. Good analytical skills with an eye for details
Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
Knowledge of Prosoft/Quick HR will be an advantage, preferably with payroll system implementation experience
