People Leader Role: No
Individual Accountabilities:
Work with multiple teams and partners to gather requirements to build inbound and outbound integrations.
Analyze the technical feasibility with the development teams, write user stories in JIRA
Manage/coordinate all builds meeting for integrations working with Stakeholders.
Create and maintain all Integration documentation.Maintain and share knowledge of the solutions being developed with the wider team. Arrange user trainings if needed.
Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
Act as a QA to interpret requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test cases. Coordinate integration testing, maintain testing results and obtain testing sign offs.
Identify delivery risk, come up with appropriate mitigation solution and monitor closely to ensure on time delivery.
Play a lead role in transition of project to steady support teams. Hand-off of support documentation.
Skills
Strong communication with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken). Japanese is nice to have.
Experience integrating with vendor application, facing end users. Ability to work, prioritize and deliver under pressure.
Knowledge with different project management methodology

Education and experience
Bachelor's degree preferably in IT related disciplines, Operations Management, Business related courses
Experience with enterprise HCM systems and payroll is a must
Recognized qualification in Project Management is helpful
Technical background is an advantage
Project management experience is an advantage
Experience to work with third parties vendors is an advantage
Understanding of the insurance /financial industry is an
5+ years in Business analysis, Process analysis, Operations supervisory/management
