Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Tagbilaran City,Bohol.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in processing bi-monthly payroll activities for all employees
• Reviews employment data prior to processing a pay run and coordinates with Human Resources and other department's personnel corrections and adjustments as needed.
• Handles payroll related issues and proactively initiates solutions
• Update payroll records as appropriate
• File Maintenance- document controller, handles all confidential and rank & file employee's 201 file.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the Payroll preferably from a Call Center or BPO setup
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous assignments
• Ability to handle pressure well
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of organization
• Open to shifting schedule including graveyard schedule
