Job Description
Assistance for the documentations, queries and concerns in Bataan site related to Finance Payroll & Accounts Payable.
Assistance with the releasing of final pay check and other Finance related documents of exited employee
Receiving and endorsement of bank ATM card of new hires to Human Resources
Receiving of documents related to Accounts Payable such as cash advance, reimbursement, etc.
Assistance with the preparation of documents for BIR Bataan as required by the business
Receiving of cash returns
Releasing of check payment to the vendor if required
Receiving and attending to inquiries and/ or concerns thru phone calls, emails, and etc.
Job Qualification
Applicant must have personal laptop/desktop and stable internet at home (to support work-from-home)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Has 6 months to 1 year of experience as Payroll Assistant/Staff or equivalent
Ability to complete reports needed on a timely and accurately critical manner
Must be detailed oriented and has strong organizational skills
Excellent attendance records
Excellent in oral and written communication (English)
Proficient in using MS Office Applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Self-starter and can work well with minimal supervision
Willing to work in fast-paced environment
Willing to work on mid-shift schedule
Can start ASAP
SALARY & PERKS:
Php 14,000 - 16,000 (Basic Salary)
