Job Purpose
Processing and Review of Payroll, Benefit & SLA-related tasks.
Responsibilities
PAYROLL
Payroll Documents Audit and Reconciliation
Cashcard Enrollment / Rejected Payroll
Cashiers/Checkers Allowance
Payroll Recurring Deductions
Payroll Adjustments
BENEFITS
SSS Sickness / Maternity Processing and Crediting
Government Loans Processing
Process Remittance of government premiums and loans
Reconcile SSS Receivables with Accounting Records
SLA
Processing of employee membership and resignations
Assessment of SLA Loan applications
Preparation of SLA-related reports
Ensure timely release/submission of payroll documents and statutory reports
Process employee certifications as requested
Attend to employee inquiries and concerns
Filing and Safekeeping of Documents
Key Qualifications (Background, Experience, etc)
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any relevant field
With good communication skills
Keen into details and able to handle confidential information
