Job Summary
Manage the processing of payroll data and ensures computing, withholding or deductions associated with net pay is calculated properly.
What you will be doing
Possesses knowledge of end to end payroll processing, liaising with Payroll vendor and multiple input stakeholders
Preparing reports: PSA survey, PEZA reports, reports to internal stakeholders such as Benefits, Finance and Compliance
Assists with preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and researches and resolves payroll/tax reporting issues.
Works closely with technical departments to implement process improvements, test system changes and lead special projects within the payroll department.
Balances weekly and/or monthly payroll ledger, researches exception items and takes corrective action.
Year-end activities : taxation, and leave carry over
Should have a very good grip on end to end final pay processing with an approx. volume of 300+employees per month
Preferably well versed/familiar with Workday, 1601C, and Alphalist preparation.
What you bring
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Payroll related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Associate / Assistant Manager specializing in Payroll & Final pay processing or equivalent.
