The Payroll Accountant will perform the following tasks
· Prepare full suite of payroll services for client base as per Singapore payroll regulations including calculation of CPF, SDL, SHG, submission of CPF, publishing of payslips
Onboard and set up new payroll clients
Assist with payroll queries from clients and internal team members
Prepare and submit IR8A
Prepare and submit IR21
The Payroll Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
Degree in Accountancy, Human Resource, Business Administration or other professional accounting qualifications
2 years of hands-on experience with Singapore payroll. Candidate should have extensive knowledge on CPF regulations.
Clear knowledge of payroll processing as per Singapore regulations
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and be able to work well with HOD or stakeholder.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Meticulous and organised, and able to prioritise work effectively to meet multiple, tight deadlines.
Independent with a good level of initiative.
