The Job
In this Payroll Accountant role, you will be expected to process payroll, liaise with vendors and ensure accuracy and compliance with local requirements and regulations. You will gather all details required for the pay run, calculate final salary payment and stay updated on internal transfers within the company. You will also provide support for audit activities as well as changes and implementation of payroll systems. Lastly, you will highlight any process improvement opportunities.
The Profile
You have a relevant degree with at least 4 years experience within a Payroll Accountant role.
You have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and industry practices.
You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are able to handle confidential materials.
You have excellent organisational skills are are able to prioritise work within tight deadlines
You are a motivated and ambitious team player
