Analyst to join our growing business!
What's on the menu for you?
Analyzes, investigates, and resolves vendor's financial concerns with regards billing and payments based on agreed SLAs
Performs reconciliation of payments (internal and external reports)
Performs adjustments on reconcilable billing items on a daily or weekly basis.
Presents analysis and reports based on data collected via easy-to-understand visuals and
write-up.
Coordinates with vendors by attending meetings as required
Regular consultation with Payments Solutions Lead, supervisor, and other team members.
Collect or extract data using SQL or other available means
Perform other related duties as assigned
What do you bring to the table?
Graduate of a degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or equivalent
1-2 years of banking, reconciliation, billing, and/or payments processing experience is a plus. However, the role is also open for fresh graduates.
Strong MS Excel skills (Lookups, Pivots, Generation of graphs and charts)
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and personal set of values
Knows how to tell a story using billing and payments data
Knowledgeable in SQL and relative visualization tools
Desire to innovate and disrupt the quick-service restaurant industry by joining a fast-growing organization
Willingness to work with an agile team
