We need someone who:
is proficient in the payments industry
serves as a resource for our sales team - this position will skillfully handle internal discussion and price explanations with integrity
can speak with authority and clarity in internal conversations about payment solutions
aware of industry trends and competition within the market to provide pricing guidance
assists the sales team in responding to requests for proposals from prospective agencies
communicates concepts, messaging, and relevant information effectively
is the primary for payment solution quoting
performs analysis, makes pricing decisions, and forecasts revenue based on organizational rules
able to build models that require advanced math skills
builds pricing and cost-benefit analysis for clients when needed
produce custom fee schedules when needed
is a self-starter and highly motivated
is confident in their abilities and thrives in a self-teaching and collaborative team environment
proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics
performs other duties as assigned
What are the Primary Qualifications?
Relevant payments industry knowledge and understanding required
Must be organized and focused, with a resolute drive to get things done.
Ability to think like a detective when clear answers aren't available.
Ability to troubleshoot complex, abstract problems and implement creative, realistic solutions.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and results-oriented approach.
Demonstrated excellent face-to-face, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees required.
Must be a self-starter in addition to a team player.
Must possess general computer (PC) literacy and proficiency with MS Office products.
Proficiency with MS Excel is required
Previous pricing experience in the payments industry or software industry a plus
