Job Overview
The Back Office Support Specialist shall form part of a team of support professionals that shall ensure proper observance of process, monitoring of compliances, ensuring security policies are enforced and service levels are met.
Job Functions
Process Transactions efficiently and accurately.
Respond to internal inquiries related to incoming or outgoing transactions.
Resolve concerns coming from Customer Service, Collections, and Bank Reconciliation ensuring all Service Levels are met.
Provide support to senior leads and other offices where necessary.
Block, Unblock, and/or close mobile banking and customer accounts within the required parameters.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, or Banking.
Must be able to communicate well in English with a high level of comprehension.
Must be able to work with a global team with varying cultures and nationalities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in BANKING/FINANCIAL Back Office is a PLUS!
Must have HIGH attention to detail.
Must have a GOOD Credit Standing
