Proven experience in bookkeeping
Diligent and thorough work attitude
Excellent speaking skills with Business Owner - creating macro actions
Enjoys doing reconciliation
Background in using NetSuite is preferable
Capable to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Key Responsibilities:
Make sure all transactions are properly recorded and in a timely manner.
Utilize and analyze data from multiple data sources/systems.
Conduct transaction entry.
Investigate through many details and systems.
