Job Description Must be requirements: At least 10 years cumulative solid experience in audit, process and controls, SAP or other enterprise system, payment processing knowledge and capability Self starter with ability to lead, manage and inspire a team, and collaborative mindset With a very good knowledge in power point presentations and Excel 1. Monitor overall progress of the team performance (KPIs, SLA's). Ensure that team's reports and deliverables are accurate and submitted timely 2. Must be able to analyze/identify gaps and needed improvement in the processes and procedures , and be able to adopt to new ways of working in digital and automated environment 3. Must be able to create various payment reports which are relevant for analysis and business decision making 4. Must be able to create new payment policies that can support cost efficiency drive of the company 5. Must be able to develop the team's capability (people management) 6.
