Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate merchant onboarding to production (i.e. Paygate, Dgate, Paybiz, Constellation)
- Provide merchant support
- Provide customer support
- Facilitate payment supplier's coordination and support
- Provide key accounts support
- Contribute and advise the higher management on the following:
- Improvement in service levels
- Set performance standards within his/her supervision role
- Set key performance indicators of his/her supervisory scope
- Provide the management with adequate reporting on the KPI results of his/her supervisory scope
- Must be process-oriented and able to provide documentation that will lead to process improvement
- Must have deep analytical skill in identifying problems and originating solutions to address client problems
- Must be knowledgeable in the financial and regulatory requirements of the company
- Must have a sense of volunteerism in solving complex tasks and endeavors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or any related field
- Has more than 5 years of operations experience at a high-growth tech company, preferably fintech
- Strong understanding of economic, legal, regulatory and technical factors shaping payments services
- Strong analytical skills that will allow good reporting and understanding of problems
- Exceptional collaborative and troubleshooting/deductive skills including the ability to engage in operational incidents with emerging data to assess the impact and drive collaborative resolution in a swift manner
- An affinity for systems thinking and continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-orientated environment
- Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for operations with a balance of process improvement, analytical, and people management expertise
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to start ASAP
