Job Description:
- Supervise key operational activities of the company.
1. Operational Activities Include:
- Merchant Onboarding to Production (i.e. Paygate, Date, Paybiz, Constellation)
- Merchant Support
- Customer Support
- Payment supplier's coordination and support.
- Key Accounts support.
2. Be able to contribute and advise higher management on the following:
- Improvement in service levels.
- Set performance standards within his/her supervision role.
- Set Key performance indicators of his/her supervisory scope.
- Be able to provide management with adequate reporting on the KPI results of
his/her supervisory scope.
3. Must be process-oriented and able to provide documentation that will lead to
process improvement.
4. Must have deep analytical skills in identifying problems and originating solutions
to address client problems.
5. Must be knowledgeable in the financial and regulatory requirements of the company.
6. Must have a sense of volunteerism in solving complex tasks and endeavors.
Job Qualification:
• Bachelor or Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or
related disciplines.
• 5+ years of operations experience at a high-growth tech company, preferably fintech.
• Strong understanding of economic, legal, regulatory, and technical factors
shaping payments services.
• Strong analytical skills that will allow good reporting and understanding of problems.
• Exceptional collaborative and troubleshooting/deductive skills including the ability
to engage in operational incidents with emerging data to assess the impact and drive
collaborative resolution in a swift manner.
• An affinity for systems thinking and continuous improvement.
• Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions,
and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-orientated environment
• Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Strong aptitude for operations with a balance of process improvement, analytical,
and people management expertise.
