Job Description
Operate equipment used for applying concrete, asphalt, or other materials to road beds, parking lots, or airport runways and taxiways or for tamping gravel, dirt, or other materials
Includes concrete and asphalt paving machine operators, form tampers, tamping machine operators, and stone spreader operators
Align the paving machine into position when receiving asphalt by dump truck; at times, maintain a constant flow of asphalt into the hopper; ease paver forward, safely pushing the dump truck along the construction surface
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Must have a valid driver's license
