We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to work on various admin tasks for our US client with a Coporate Medical Management Firm. You will be working with the client directly so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.
This is a long-term position and we expect you to work with the client for many years.

As a Patient Services Representative, here are your qualities and tasks, but are NOT limited to:
Answers calls in a professional manner with a clear and friendly voice.
Makes appointments for multiple clinics and locations.
Understands provider preferences and specialties for booking appointments correctly.
Verifies all demographic and insurance information.
Collects copayments and payments on patient balances.
Gives clear and accurate directions to patients checking in for their appointments, either for telehealth appointments or in-person office visits.
De-escalates frustrated patients by listening to their complaints, resolving the problem, or by providing a smooth handoff to higher authority.
Maintain patient confidentiality by following guidelines established by HIPAA
Minimum Qualifications:
Medical office environment preferred.
Effective and clear verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Must be flexible and comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment.
Salary: $700-$900
