PATIENT RETENTION EXECUTIVE (OUTBOUND CAMPAIGN)
 
Salary Range: Php16,000-Php18,000
 
Responsibilities:
Contact US Hospitals to follow up on patient discharge & readmission to Home Health agency
Coordinate with Intake Team on the status of patient readmission
Gather Medical Records for readmission
Contact previous patients or non admitted patients to recommend Home Health services
Qualifications:
Graduates of any course, preferably Medical course or Business Management
Preferably with at least 1.5 years experience in a Clinical Process Outsourcing set up or BPO Healthcare account
With 2 years of solid outbound sales & customer retention experience
Above average communication skills both in verbal & written
Excellent Customer service skills
Highly organized & detail-oriented
Tech Savy
Goal-oriented & can independently work, with minimum supervision
Willing to work on a graveyard shift

PHP 16,000 - 18,000 per month
