About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for an experienced web designer to create web pages for our prospective clients.
Work Schedule and Arrangement:
8 PM- 5 AM PHT; Work From Home ; Full time
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Lead evaluation
Call 200-300 patients in a given list.
Call the lead list and set appointments for the President to demo the product.
Gain increased knowledge of billing software each week.
Research clients prior to the call to gain higher appointment setting ratios.
Update company CRM (hubspot).
Maintain reports and overall CRM functionality (hubspot).
Requirements:
At least college level
Excellent English Communication Skills
Must have at least 6 months of Outbound Telesales experience
Background or experience in a Healthcare Account is an advantage
Must have at least 6 months of prior remote work experience
Stable internet connection with 100 mbps internet speed and a conducive work environment at home
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 22,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
