About Your Client:
Your client runs patient-centered urgent care clinics in California that have fully equipped medical testing and imaging labs, so patients get their test results immediately. They provide a full range of urgent, primary, and family health care services so that everyone can get the attention and advice they need, without having to wait.
They want to hire 50 full-time team members for this role as soon as possible.
So yes, we need 50 nurses for CSR roles. No BPO experience needed!
What You Will Do:
Primary Task:
Support the state of California for people doing at-home COVID-19 tests before travelling.
Set appointments for COVID-19 testing.
Set appointments for available medical services.
Book telemedicine appointments.
Manage the client’s CRM.
Attend to customer inquiries and concerns.
Provide instruction and clarification for process-related concerns.
Provide high-quality customer support.
Provide needed virtual medical professional support within the scope of responsibility
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Those who are Nursing Board passers have an advantage.
Must be available to start as soon as possible.
Must be amenable to work night on a night shift.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications.
Customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and a focus on finding resolutions.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
