Patient Access Head
More than 30 Universal Health Care (UHC) integration sites to take initiative and help reimagine Patient Access - maximizing UHC towards growing coverage of innovative health products and services. Join us to be part of the initiative working towards maximum patient access to treatments.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Effectively support rapid and broad access to new compounds or indications for eligible patients at a price which commensurate with the value of the new compound, and obtain government and healthcare providers' reimbursement to allow for maximum patient access to treatments.
Contribute through creation and implementation of impactful and innovative programs that support the commercial brand strategy while staying true to the Novartis Access Principles.
Ensure a plan is in place for current and new indications to be included in formulary listings in a timely manner with value-based and evidence-based pricing, and to use Health Economics and Outcomes Research studies as a tool to strengthen these concepts when needed.
Drive business performance and patient access through effective two-way communication and the building of networks with key stakeholders (government and key influencers).
Position the company to be the preferred partner of key external stakeholders to build and protect company reputation.
Anticipate the future trends in the market, developing an innovative response in order to pro-actively build sustainable competitive actions and work with stakeholders such as payors, customers, patients, government, etc
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
A University level (Bachelors) degree or Master or PhD preferred
Minimum 7 years' experience in similar capacity in pharmaceutical industry
In depth knowledge of the Pharma value chain and environment, healthcare services and communications field in Philippines
Excellent interpersonal communications and influencing skills
Excellent negotiation ability
Ability to work and lead a cross-functional team in a matrix environment
