PASTRY STAFF - CAKE DECORATOR
We are looking for a talented and experienced cake decorator with a strong background in pastry production. The ideal candidate will be assigned primarily to baking and decorating custom cakes and pastries for a dynamic food and beverage operation.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience as a cake decorator or pastry staff
Background in a commissary or cake bakeshop setting is highly preferred
Skilled in baking techniques, frosting, piping, fondant work, and detailed cake decoration
Knowledgeable in maintaining quality and consistency in taste and presentation
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under time pressure
Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
