Qualification and Responsibilities:
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Culinary arts, Bread and Pastry, Food Technology, Nutrition, or any related field
Highly innovative and creative with an understanding of the target market.
Knowledge of food costing. commercialization training, and documentation
Able to source and test alternative raw materials and ingredients of existing recipes and new products.
With product development experience.
Creating and preparing various desserts pastries, and baked goods.
Developing new recipes and seasonal menus.
Managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring food safety, sanitation standards.
