-Prepare and ensure daily production of pastry items for the restaurant.
-Create, prepare & present deserts during events and banquet specials.
-Assist in creation & production of cakes & other pastries specific for the coffee shop.
Qualifications:
-Must be at least a graduate of vocational, associate or bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
-With 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably with knowledge in modern pastry techniques.
