Job Description
Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty desserts.
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
Operate basic bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, sheeters, and proofers under supervision.
Support in portioning, molding, decorating, and packing finished products.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
Assist in inventory management by organizing ingredients, supplies, and finished products.
Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished goods, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Work efficiently in a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Pastry Supervisor or Production Manager
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Holder of TESDA NC II in Bread and Pastry Production.
Possesses a good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
