Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of boilers.
Responsible for maintaining efficient performance of all equipment integrated to boiler operation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Operates boilers in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and performs troubleshooting.
2. Accomplishes Boilers Performance Checklist Form during operation.
3. Coordinates with Engineering and Maintenance for major repairs and inform Process Operator for any problem.
4. Implements safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the boiler area and complies with company's rules and policies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of 3-year Engineering Technology course
2. Minimum 1 year experience as a Boiler Operator
3. Knowledge in minor troubleshooting involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problem
4. Basic computer skills
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
