Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store.
Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions
Excellent in Excel & Word.
Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.
Job Description:
Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured any time of the day.
Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory
Deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
Utilize the parts catalog to ensure proper parts issuance.
Master parts number of various models.
Accepts and checks parts delivered by the manufacturer and ensures that delivered parts conform with affixed documents with no errors.
Observe company policies, rules, and regulations with no incidents of violation.
