The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of Parts Salesman
Major Responsibilities;
1.In charge of coordination, assisting and addressing daily parts order, parts queries and concerns DEALERSHIPS.
- Timely gives feedback and updates on the queries/questions of Dealerships Representatives within the the standard One (1) day lead-time of responding or giving feedback.
2. In-charge of updating, monitoring and sending of parts back order report and cannibalization report to DEALERSHIPS:
-Provides Dealership representative/s a copy of Back Order Report weekly which includes updated data on shipment Expected Time of Departure (ETD) and Expected Time of Arrival ( ETA)
- Timely consolidates and updates back Order report and submits the same to the Parts Analyst on a weekly basis- for timely ordering of unsupplied parts from offshore suppliers.
3. In-charge of providing correct parts number and parts price DEALERSHIPS:
-Provides Dealership representative an accurate parts numbers and its description and alternative based on the OTD, CRM and offline parts catalogue.
- Ensures that the details given to the Dealership representative such as part numbers, description and alternative matches the inquiry of the clients, with or without sample.
4. In- charge of creation of system Sales Order for DEALERSHIPS:
- Ensures that all approved Dealer Purchase Order ( PO) are converted into the system SALES order and ensures compliance with 1 day issuance procedures.
5. In-charge of providing accurate details and sample for all parts subject for local out sourcing and fabrication:
- Ensures that all part/s subject for local out-sourcing of fabrication are correctly and clearly explained to the local purchaser.
- Ensures timely endorsement of the actual sample items to Local Purchaser and ensures that the same is retrieved upon receipt of items newly purchased.
6. Performs other task assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head or Parts Manager or VP for Parts.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year automotive courses
1-2 years experience
Knowledge in Automotive
Computer Literate
Time management/ Customer Service
