• Prepare new model development schedule.
• Prepare new assembly development schedule for new parts that needs second process.
• Prepare Quality Documents needed for the approval of customer.
• Provision of standard documents needed for Mass production
• Evaluation and submission of parts to customers for new products and molds that undergo repair, modification and improvement.
• Update and follow up customer for product approval.
• Provision of jig design for new product model with coordination to tooling team.
• Attend internal and external meetings related to new parts for development
• Handle trials for new molds and molds that undergo repair, modification and improvement.
• Analyze mold defect and problems encountered during initial mass production, find root cause and make necessary countermeasures.
• Prepare trial report and parameter setting for new products and molds that undergo repair, modification and improvement.
• Analyze mold related problems encountered during mass production.
• Proposed improvement for problematic molds
• Conduct evaluation and report for new fabricated mold
• Make development schedule for new fabricated molds and mold for repair or modification.
• Conduct mold incoming inspection
• Spearhead Process improvement activity.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Superior.
