The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of Parts Analyst
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts releasing as well as closed monitoring and tracking of back order parts to ensure speedy ordering of unsupplied parts. Acts a team leader of the Parts Salesmen which includes guiding and monitoring the Parts Salesmen on their daily activities to ensure that deliverables are met within the standard lead-time.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with UAAGI-Parts on timely ordering of parts
Leads and guides the HBD warehouse and satellites personnel in their responsibilities
Doubles checks accuracy of parts received by comparing the parts indicated in the warehouse pass against the actual parts picked by the warehouse pickers. Acknowledges receipt by signing in the "checked by" portion
Handles the Monitoring of HDT/HE/PV/LDT parts under back order (unsupplied order) and send updates of ETD and ETA to Parts Salesman
Acts as a reference person for correct part numbers and provides alternative parts to Parts Salesman, when needed
In-charge of inspecting/double checking newly arrived units for component changes, newly received spare parts for possible changes, corrections and claims
Supports OVER-THE-COUNTER SALES request and releasing whenever necessary
Performs other tasks assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head or Parts Manager or VP for Parts
EDUCATION
Graduate of a 4-year automotive courses
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years experience
