Description
Responsible in analyzing the unit correct/exact parts need for repair. Coordinates with Service Technician/Foreman/Service Advisor to identify the correct part number for ordering.
- Entertains phone and over-the-counter parts and accessories inquiry, orders and sales
- Create over-the-counter or Service Parts quotation
- Encodes parts for ordering with payment and approved BP quotations
- Monitor and inform clients orders and parts arrival
- Prepares purchase order of non-Ford parts and coordinates with the Procurement Officer
- Ensure parts order and arrived are the same; if not, parts should be claim, coordinate and file reports to FGP
- Issue part requisition issuance slip (PRIS) and parts sales invoice (PSI) for over the counter sales
- Ensure parts in catalogue are updated with possible part number supersessions/replacement
- Always update excel files of parts quotations daily
- Part numbers in the system (Panda/Catalogue) are not allowed to given or disclose to the client
- Performs other jobs as may be required from time to time
